By giving your kids the opportunity to explore the outdoors, you give them a chance to forget about screens and get excited about the world they live in. Create Device-free Zones | A great place to start? Tables and bedtimes. Phone-free tables invite conversation and phone-free bedtimes invite…sleep! Create a “phone home” where devices can live when they’re not in use. This helps build accountability within your family and ensures everyone is on the same page.
